With the passage of Senate Bill 2024 (SB 2024), new restrictions will take effect on September 1, 2025 that directly impact cannabis vape products in Texas. This will affect our physical & online store.
What does this mean for us and for you?
Under SB 2024, the sale of any vape product containing cannabinoids will be prohibited—unless it’s approved under the state’s Compassionate Use Program (TCUP) (source: Texas Bans Cannabis Vape Devices, Except Approved TCUP Products). This means THCa vape cartridges and disposables will no longer be available at our Austin dispensary or online store. Violating this law will be classified as a Class A misdemeanor.
We know this is disappointing for many of you. Our THCa VAPES have been a favorite for their flavor, quality, and experience. Unfortunately, this new law specifically targets the devices themselves, meaning these products will be pulled from the Texas market entirely.
However, you can still shop our THCa concentrates lineup.
